Not every Pre-Owned motorcycle is eligible to be certified by Harley Davidson of Fresno. Only Pre-Owned Motorcycles that are ten model years or newer and have fewer than 75,000 miles are eligible to be Certified under Harley-Davidson of Fresno's strict guidelines

130-Point Inspection!
Once selected, all motorcycles undergo a rigorous 130-Point Inspection process. Conducted by Harley-Davidson Factory-Trained Technicians, each inspection is required to adhere to strict standards to ensure that every engine, transmission, frame and feature function properly and are in excellent condition. These motorcycles met our tough standards when H-D first built them and now they have to meet those standards once again or they are not considered for Certification.
